Rural Sewerage Initiative
The practice has been actively involved for various clients, with ways to implement rural sewerage systems to solve pollution problems economically. Recent solutions have been fully investigated, particularly with regard to the implementation of rural sewerage.
In addition the practice has been considerably involved in the implementation of Section 101A of The Water Industry Act 1991 as a means of providing mains sewerage in previously unsewered areas. The work undertaken by the practice, involves not only applications for the provision of sewerage, but also full technical assessments of existing situations. In addition the practice has undertaken written appeals to the Environment Agency, against Water Companies decisions.
The practice has also been involved with undertaking full assessments of proposals, submitted to Water Companies under the Section 101A procedure.
By undertaking this type of work for both parties it has enabled the practice to obtain a unique experience of working for both parties.
